When you have nothing better to do with your time on Christmas day and everyone is just sitting around the TV watching something boring, why not put on one of your old home movies and have a good laugh. If you have them still on VHS however, you will not be able to do this unless you have a video player, which most people do not have. However, you do have another option available to you which is to get them converted from vhs to dvd. If you did this, just imagine the laughs on Christmas day as you all sit down and watch the funny things you used to do. Who knows you might have one of the family from Christmas when you were all young. These are so much fun to watch and reflect back on. You can even edit the movies to make them shorted so they are easier to watch.

Making Movies for Promotion

I’ve just made a video about saving money but I must admit that it isn’t professional quality by any means. I wonder what it would take to make a really insirational type mini movie that helps promote one of your products? It’s been proven that if you can include a film clip with your message you can increase conversions, which I assume because people trust you more if you are talking to camera rather than just writing a blog post. Even though I don’t appear in the video myself, my book does which is why I got it made in the first place. I’m hoping the extra advertising that it generates will be enough to increase books sales as well as help people save money (which is what the book is about). If more authors starting creating videos things could be quite fun. Book trailers are nothing new of course, but I’m still suprised not many people do them.

This film is produced by the U.S., France. It released in rather recent 2009. If you like to watch movies online you may search the Web for it.
